For over a decade, Winfried has successfully assisted individual and organizational clients seeking career development, executive or life coaching, and consulting.  His specialty is individually tailoring services for each client's particular circumstances and needs.  He enjoys co-creating visions and helping clients to choose and implement long-term goals.  He is particularly skilled at assisting clients who feel frustrated, thwarted, or otherwise blocked from achieving what they most desire. He wants people to look back on their time spent with him as something that significantly influenced their career and possible their entire life.
